LIving Seas ride

We were last at WDW in jun 04. The few trips prior to that, they had closed the ride at Living Seas (not the "elevators to Sea Base Alph, but the "train" type ride that takes you around the aquarium before dropping you at the elevators) I was looking at 2005 Fodor's guide last night and it mentioned the Caribbean Coral Reef Ride at the Living Seas. DId they re-open the ride or is the book just incorrect. I think we last rode it in 1999 maybe and then it was closed on all our following trips. I didn't see anything on the disney website.

The Sea Cabs (renamed the Caribbean Coral Reef ride, perhaps?) are 'rumored' to be returning with the finalization of the rehab over at Living Seas, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Boarding is still up, but we're guessing the pavilion will re-open fully some time later this year (October, maybe?). Disney refuse to confirm or deny anything at this point.
