Anyone know if characters do dives at living seas? If so, when?

We saw Mickey while eating at coral seas what a hoot! MY 3 year old said it was the best part of the trip- he blew her kisses- they said it only happens once every month or two - no way to find out in advance wish I could though little one keeps asking to see it again on next trip!
