Just so you know I wonder if they will do it for cities? Does anyone know if a city can be twinned?

Most signs as you enter a town will show the towns they are twinned with - for example

I know my local town would always do foreign school exchanges with their twinned town - I went to Wittlich

My city does this....we call them sister cities. We have one in Germany and one in Japan. There was just an article in the newspaper last week that we currently have 6 kids here visiting from Germany for 6 weeks.

Just looked it up, Tokorazawa, Saitama, Japan and Seevetal, Lower Saxony, Germany are sister cities with Decatur, IL
