i would say tusker house breakfast and chef mickey are lively. not necessarily "interactive" but definitely lively!

I would say Hoop Dee Doo is.

Also, not exactly the same but Biergarten gives you many opportunities. You don't have to interact with the people you are seated with and you don't have to dance or raise your mugs, etc, but if you really want to get into it then it's very interactive

'Ohana has games for the kids during the meal, like coconut rolling contests, etc.

Like another poster mentioned, Beirgarten is great - hoy. hoy, hoy!

If you're feeling really ambitious, you could belly-dance at the restaurant in Morocco.
