This brings back memories from when my son was born. My wife had a rough go of it for the first few months, but it sounds like you are doing OK. My MIL used to tell DW, "Look, with a newborn baby, someone is always crying...and it isn't always the baby."

Looking back, it's so true and we laugh about it now.
BWahaha! That is Sooo true! Thankfully things have gotten a bit easier since I've finally started accepting help. One thing I've learned is that with an infant, I've got to drop the total independence thing. It just doesn't work.
Ok, storm has passed, so on to the rest of our day.
After a lazy morning, we headed out to Epcot to go to the Germany for lunch. We got into the Biergarten as a walk up w/o a wait! This is just an example of how empty the parks are. There were maybe 5 tables full of people at 1:00pm. Lillian was asleep in the stroller (!!) so they let us bring the stroller into the restaurant and park it at our table. This was great, except they decided to seat another family with us and they griped about having to walk around the stroller. The father of the family got kinda nasty about it and finally just refused to sit at the same table as us! Wow. Well, no biggie for us, we were just fine not sharing our table!
Lillian woke up just after I got my food, of course. However, she was quite happy to just sit on my lap and watch me eat. She's fascinated by eating and is certainly learning by watching. My nieces had a great time and really enjoyed the potato and leek soup. Of course, much beer was consumed by the adults.
Lillian got fussy about half way through the meal, just as the band came on. This was perfect timing as she and I polkaed through the restaurant. My 7 year old niece, Lillian and I, were the only ones on the dance floor and we had a great time.
After lunch, we headed out to the very hot WS. The sun was brutal. We saw the acrobats in China and the only time they smiled, was when they saw Lillian. I don't remember them being that grumpy before. They did like Lil though. She was fascinated by them.
We tried to stay indoors as much as possible, doing the Norway ride and movie and then going to the ride in Mexico. Lillian enjoyed both rides, but I think she has a preference for the Norway one.
My nieces were "burning up" and I was pretty tired too, so we decided to head back to the Boardwalk. They went on an ice cream hunt and I race walked Lillian back to the resort to get her out of the sun and heat as quickly as possible.
My brother and family crashed down for a nap, but of course, Lillian was wide awake, so no nap for me! When it clouded up, little no-nap girl and I went out to the boardwalk and got dinner at the bakery (chicken wrap) and a pastry for breakfast tomorrow.
The wonderful thunderstorm came in around 6:00, which was fantastic. We don't get thunderstorms in the San Francisco Bay Area, so this was a real treat for me.
Currently my brother and family are at MK and he just texted me to tell me that a CM told him that they are the only people on Splash right now. Wow! I got Lillian to bed at a decent hour and am planning on an early bedtime for myself as well.
Tomorrow, we're planning on going to DHS. My 7 year old niece Kira, has been bugging me to take her on Rock-n-Rollercoaster, so I'm going to do my duty as an Aunt and take her on it.
Now for some cute baby pics:
