Arrive at WDW on Saturday Aug 19th.
Landed at MCO right on time and walked right past baggage claim an into the Magical Express checkin line (so nice to not have to worry about your luggage!!!!
). Within 5 minutes we (DW, DD16, DS14, DD9 and DD7) were on the Magical Express heading to Pop Century. At POP -- had about a 10 minute wait for checkin. Received a room in the 90's building (not too crazy about that but....oh well) -- it is a long walk but everything is a walk in WDW. We stored our carryons in the room and headed to the bus for MK.
Arrived at the gates of MK at 5pm. Couldn't believe what we were able to do in one night. Here is what we were able to do (decided to skip Spectromagic tonight and ride):
FP for later return to Space
Did Tea Cups
Dinner @ Tommowland -- with Cosmic Ray -- on the dining plan -- ordered 6 counter service -- way too much food. The Chicken and Ribs combo was very good and 4 would have been enough.
Hit the Carrousel (walked on)
Did Dumbo (about 20 min wait)
Snow White Scary Adventures
Saw the last Mickey's PhilHarMagic (waited one show)
Hit It's a Small World (10 min wait)
Walked right on Haunted Mansion
Went to Splash Mt (I picked up FP earier)
Did Big Thunder -- 3 times (parade was going on)
Did Splash Mt one more time
Headed to Pirates -- enjoyed seeing the updates
Then walked to Main Street -- as we arrived at Casey's Corner -- Tink was making her appearance -- what timing -- watched Wishes from there.
All in all -- great night and we did way more than we expected to be able to.
