Live (ish) Trip Report - off to the World for the first time

Hello All,


As you can see from my stats I am relatively new to the DISBoards but it has been a great source of info for me whilst I have planned for my trip for the past year, so I thought the best way to say thanks was to try and do a live trip report, as I said I am new so am also learning how to do Photobucket and the like so please bear with me.

Please note I am not just doing Disney, so should be a nice mix... I hope.

So, first off introductions

Well on this trip, there is me. I am Michelle, otherwise known as Chelle. A young at heart thrill seeker. I adore my family and friends; love having a laugh and generally living life to the full. I get stroppy (very if you ask my DH) and can tend to go off on a tangent. I know I look super moody in the pic below but I LIVE in those sunglasses at the moment.



Next is my amazing DH, Andy. We have been together since we were 18 (15 years this year, married for 10). We aren't you're typical lovey dovey couple but he is my rock and I wouldn't be without him. DH doesn't like theme parks or rides (lol) but will do anything to keep me and his daughter happy. He is a trainer, and a coach, adores people and loves to laugh and explore. Is a very keen geocacher and adores the gym (his second home)...

And last but by no means least is our beautiful daughter, aged 7, going on 14. Has a tendency to get silly, loves adventures and trees, and pink and dolls - enjoys climbing, gymnastics, trampolining and in general our little energiser bunny. She's got a heart of gold and is beyond kind to everyone (I just hope she keeps that). And 52 inches she's tall for her age and very excited about the rides (though I get frequently asked will she fall out?)



So, us, the family we are from a place called Milton Keynes, in England (an hour from London) - we both work full time; and because of this we revel any family time so this holiday is a BIG thing for us. We head off to Gatwick tomorrow to stay at the Premier Inn and that's when it starts

We are travelling via the Dreamliner doing the Thomson 3T+ package which includes;

Flight into Sanford
Car hire for 14 days via Alamo
14 nights room only at CoCo Key Water Park and Hotel
14 days unlimited pass to all six Disney Parks
14 days unlimited pass to Universal and IoA

On top of that I have booked Discovery Cove, and 14 day Seaworld and Aquatica.

Phew!! I'm going to need a holiday when I get back

I hope you will join me on our trip; and watch as we experience everything Disney ands Orlando have to offer.

I'm reading and looking forward to hearing about your experience on the dreamliner as we fly on that in 8 weeks.

Were you in Premium or Economy class?

I have a fussy son and am keen to find out what the food will be like in Premium if you know?

Also, I live in Milton Keynes too!!!
