Hi everyone! Sorry for the abruptness of my post earlier. My DH was typing it and he was just a wee bit drunk and having trouble seeing the keys We are having a great time. We survived Ivan hitting at home. It was rough for a few hours thouhgh. The tornado sirens kept going off every 5- 10 mintues for about 2 hours and I was very stressed out. I did not htink we were going to make it! But thank goodness we did. We left Columbus on Friday afternoon and got to the All Star Music at about 10pm. I stopped in at DTD to inquire about upgrading a child hopper with one day on it, to an adult hopper. BONUS, it did not cost anything! The CM said there was no need, but she did change it out to an adult hopper just to ease my mind. So we spent the day at MGM and Epcot. GUESS WHAT? I was trippin out so bad, when DH and I rode the TOT there was NO ONE ELSE in our car! Can you believe it? In all my trips I have never had that happen! I took a picture of our picture! It is so weird to see only us in the car. At about 5pm we decided to head back to the room and rest for a bit b4 going out to Pleasure Island. We went to the 1st Comedy Warehouse show, and then over to the Adventurer's Ckub (my absolute favorite). But it was strange because they were doing something different with the actors? The maids name was Sugar, instaed of LaRue. And the instead of Fletcher Hodges being the " ladies man' he was the club curator. Anyone know what is up with that? We didnt stay long. We were both beat. How sad are we? First time away from children in many years, and we are at home asleep by 11pm! LOL
We got to the port at about 1045, checked in and NO one was in line. So I got to be the 1st one in line! It was so very neat. The spa has some new packages, in case y'all didnt know. We got the rejuvenate package for $125, it included 1 day pass to rainforest, 30 minute capsule session, and the surial bath(they call it the rasul here on the Wonder?) So we are doing all that 2mrrw. I let my DH have the 1 day pass, as I got the 4 day pass for the rainforest. We got the PTAP seating and we are late seating. Fellow DISers ericamanda are our table mates and we had a blast at dinner! We have LITO and Vijay as our servers. Any ??? please ask

Oh yeah we have met, dodle, taeja, EEYOREFAN and of course the aforementioned ericamanda. Looking forward to meeting more DISers.

It sounds like you're having a great time! Vijay was our assistant server in December, and he was wonderful with our granddaughter. She's still very upset that we couldn't bring him home with us as a souvenir!

It sounds like yall are having so much fun. I was born in Columbus. My grandmother and aunt still live there. My mom kept calling my granny last thursday and several times she hung up on my mom when the sirens went off. I'm glad yall made it out of there. HAve fun.
