Aloha,
My family and I are sitting here in the Kona Cafe enjoying breakfast. My mother and I split the Big Kahuna and my father ate French Toast. We are staying at the Polynesian Resort [ALOOOOOHA].

There is supposed to be huge thunderstorms today, so we are not going to a park today. The Polynesian has some lovely christmas decorations [gingerbread and candy displays]. It was super busy here last night.

Today we are going to the GF for lunch [woot].

If you have any questions, i'll answer them but it might take me a bit. I CANNOT physically wait to go to a park.

We love Kona Cafe. We ate there twice last week.

Lucky, lucky! I love the Poly! Have a wonderful morning and let us know what you are up to. It never rains too long in FLa so perhaps you can hop over to MK soon!

Yikes, so close to the parks & not able to go!!! oh the agony. Well if it's too scary & rainy out you can still enjoy the lobby at the gf.
enjoy your trip.

Oh, I so wish I was there. Have a great time!

Update:

Yesterdays meal at the Grand Floridian Cafe was AMAZING. Before we arrived, we had planned on taking the monorail due to the rain [we bought ponchos]. However, those plans were scratched when we saw how long the line was for the resort monorail, little did we know that it was stuck at the TTC needing a tow. So, we braved it out and ran through the rain from the Polynesian to the Grand Floridian. Not noticing a puddle [it was more like a pond of water that had filled the pathway] I drenched my feet. Oh well. We arrived at the GFC at 12:57 pm and our reservation was for 12:55 pm. The lady gave us a beeper and told us that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After 20 minutes or so we were seated and we had already decided on what we wanted to eat. My mom had a french onion soup and the grand sandwich. My dad had a french onion soup and the reuben. I had a field greens salad [it had strawberries and cashews]. It was god but different, I have never had anything like it before. For dessert we had a lemon cheesecake. OH MY GOODNESS it was to die for.

The rain stopped, we went to DTD than went to the WL than we hung out in our room. I'll post pictures when I get back.

Today is the MK!!

If you have any questions, i'll be hapy to answer them.
