How?

Instructions are on the first page. Just buy a webcam and create an account at ustream.tv. You sign onto the internet, hook up your webcam to your computer and go to your ustream page to broadcast the show. Pretty much the same thing as setting up a Photobucket account, except you're accessing a live webcam instead of uploading individual graphic files.

The tricky issues you have is the distance between the wired jack in your unit and the nearest window or balcony. That's why WDWguru used a wireless router from home.
