Live from the BCV

Hi all
This is our first stay at BCV and I am in love! So far everything has been fantastic! Low crowds, amazing weather and the love bugs are definitely on their way out.

We arrived yesterday just after 12 and got our studio right away. We are out back over the road however we have an AMAZING view of Illuminations and a huge balcony that wraps around (our room is next to the stairwell). Our villa seems to be in great condition, although I haven't gone through it with a fine tooth comb or anything. Love the shower

We used ME with only one minor blip our driver either got confused or missed a turn and we had to turn around in the Epcot bus lot so that added an extra 10 min. Also only 1 bag was delivered. I called bell services and it showed up about 20 min later.
The ME check in at the airport was a walk on (if that's possible) so I'm hoping that is an indication of crowd levels for the rest of the week.

Tomorrow DH's bday and MNSSHP!

Sounds like a great trip so far! We are going to try BCV's next May. (hopefully) I've been reading about the lovebugs so I'm glad they seem to be leaving. Gotta' love the low crowds. Keep us posted, especially since it's the start of F&W Festival and YOMD!! Have a magical stay!!

Ok, I'll ask the question everyone wants to ask, how are the beds? And have they replaced the sleeper sofas yet? Glad you are having a good trip. We will be there soon!

Be sure to look to the left if you are in your room around the time of Wishes. From those rooms there is a very decent view of the higher show. Well, actually since your balcony wraps around, just watch from the portion that looks toward the parking lot!

Enjoy your time there. We were at WDW last weekend and the love bugs were still aplenty and it was still pretty hot - hopefully you're getting some cooler weather.

Glad you're having a great trip. That huge balcony next to the stairwell sounds like #461-it does have a beautiful view. Be sure to have some gelato (preferably pistachio) for me-it IS a snack credit!

I've slept well the last 2 nights the matress is great. Haven't used the sofa but I am thinking about pulling it out to test.

I just realized-that's another way to tell you're a DISer. If you pull out the sofa-bed even though you don't need it, just so you can report on how it is. I confess I did that when I was at BCV a couple weeks ago-a solo in a studio, so what would I need a sofa bed for? But I opened it up just to see what it was like, then folded it back up. You might be a DISer if....
