I'm glad you're having a great time. I love it there.
Regarding the dolphins, besides the tour, we've seen dolphins swimming in the ocean at the beach house, splashing in the shallows behind the main lodge, and swimming among the boats at the marina. Here's one at the beach house-

We're in bldg 11, top floor (1136) and we've been lucky enough to see a gator swim by.

The dolphin tour was fun. H pool great, love the beachhouse.

Off to see the rest of the island today!

Thanks for posting. We can't wait. We will be there in 16 days!How was the dolphin tour and which company did you use? Did you need to make reservations before you got there or do you think it will be ok to wait? I was hoping to wait so we would know what the weather willl be like.

Thank you for sharing with us HHI lovers how much you are enjoying the resort. It is the reason we originally joined DVC 11 years ago. We try to go one time a year and have NEVER tired of it yet.

First time after we stayed had to buy points. Really looking forward to leaving for our annual HHI trip in only 23 days. Let us know if you ate out at anywhere yummy. We have our favorites but always like to try somewhere new.

We stayed at HH once time and then bought 200 points there. My family likes it at least as much as WDW (not me - I love the parks). We are going for 12 days in July. We always rent beach chairs and umbrellas - we love just relaxing on the beach. The little ones play in the tidal pools and sand - we need to drag them back to the villa. The 5 years and up crowd love the resort activities. We would be happy to own more points there.

Disney_Villian, what kind of yummy cookies are they serving in Big Murgie's Den? Have you been to the Sea Shack? If so, how crowded is it in May? Same question with Signe's Bakery.
