I just came back from our local Walgreens. They had the pairs for $5.99 each. I picked up the Toucan/Turtle and Cat and Fish. They also had the Squirrel and Bird and the cats and another that I thought was puppies but could have been the puppy/pig pair.

I havn't checked all the pages here to see, but is the horse hard to find? I ran into Sears to get something else, and stopped dead in my tracks when I saw their display. They had pets that I havn't seen anywhere else, including a horse/pony. The strange thing is that the pet sets with accessories cost the same as the pet pairs.

CamAnd My store is in Ocean City, Maryland. I went to the one about 30 miles from me in Salisbury, MD and they didn't have the roll back or the free game attached. I know that they rolled the price back on-line, but last time I checked it was out of stock.

Depends - in my area we've been seeing it quite frequently at places like Target & Walmart.

We first found it during the summer.

I have yet to find any of the newer ones - chinchilla, snail, etc. in any of our stores.

For Playground Pals 155 - is that a frog, or a gecko, or something else? Has anyone seen it - if so, how is it packaged?

Has anyone seen the dog #156? How is it packaged?

I totally lucked out...while I was going all over town looking for the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse stuff I found the LPS Picnic set and the Bath set...very cute. I think that I probably have a good 50+ pets to give to DD...it is pathetic...I told my husband that I am addicted...Hi I am Kim and I am addicted to Littlest Pet Shop toys...

Don't cave in & get the crab on ebay!
DM bought DD the crab on ebay back in April. Since then, they've re-released it. I've seen the single one at TRU for sure, several different times. Dollar General has had the boxed set, I think it comes with the frog?


I'm in denial - I refuse to count how many I've bought DD for Christmas. But I'm sure I can join your 50+ club.

I almost placed another Hasbro order today, but so far I haven't finalized the order.

Today I ran to Walmart looking for Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Animated Figures and I looked at the LPS stuff...the pet pairs are on sale for $3.31 so that is a great deal! I was surprised to see a few sets that I haven't seen in the stores before like the Seahorse and the one with the cat and orange fish.

On Thursday night my DH and I are going through my closet of toys that I have for Christmas...we will then divide things out and decide what we will save for their birthdays coming up...I hope that he doesn't have a heart attack when I UNLOCK the door...LOL So then I will truly know how many I have...but I know I have done two orders from Hasbro that have been about 8-10 packs each, then I bought 5 of the sets that have like three pets in them (during the TRU sale) and a few other things...including that big house from Sam's Club...

I saw the crab and gecko (SP?) at Sears again today. It was in a 2-pack with a plastic "tank" that is supposed to look like the little tanks that hermit crabs come woth. It's really cute-tropical looking- I bought mine for $4.44.

I placed the order today. The free Giga Pet Explorer was too enticing. Hasbro's price on the 2 packs is cheaper than the stores around here, so with free shipping, I ordered more.

I'm telling myself that I can keep these for something besides Christmas/Birthday (a week apart), but I don't know if I will.

I just placed a $50 Hasbro.com order, too. I was able to pick up some of the pets DD doesn't have, as well as a couple of hard-to-find Star Wars action figure for DS. I didn't even know about the free Giga Pet Explorer until I saw it in my basket. I was just trying to get the free shipping! I hope everything is really in stock and that it arrives before Christmas.

I know that when I dig all of the "hidden" LPS out to wrap them, I'll end up with doubles. I can't keep track of what I've bought and what DD already has.

In addition to about 12 of the $3.99 packages, she's also getting the Biggest Littlest Pet Shop, and 3 of the $9.99 sets from the B2G1F sale at ToysRUs a couple of months ago.

I just called Target - these sets will be on sale tomorrow. I think I'll have time to go & get back before church (we're in a rural area, so it's about 20 minutes into town).

It looks cute. It's a tin set up as little rooms, and several of the pets are in "new" colors - like the spider & snail.

Wow, thanks for the tip. My DD would LOVE to get the spider & snail. Does anyone know if Target does price adjusments? I could see if there are any tonight and then get a price adjustment tomorrow afternoon.

By "go on sale", I meant they start to be sold tomorrow - sorry. Not sure if they'll have a "sale" price for the week. The ones being sold on ebay were not supposed to be available yet. You might get lucky & find them out tonight though.

I just hope I get a set tomorrow before the ebayers take them all.

Sorry, I don't know - I didn't think to ask.

Some of the ones on ebay have had a Buy It Now for around $43.

I'm guessing around $30-35, but I'm hoping for less than that.
