This is a problem with other toys from Hasbro, as well -- like the Star Wars figures. My kids look for certain ones and they are NEVER in stock! My DS7 asked one of the sales people at Target how come they never have the figures that are shown on the back of th packages. He said they get very few of them, but will get hundreds of other ones. He said that the collectors and ebayers show up on Tuesday mornings when they open and practically race to the toy isle to search and buy the new or hard to find LPS, Star Wars, Hot Wheels etc., that come in. The store restocks on Monday nights and all of the ebayers know it, so they wait outside for the store to open the next morning.

My DD10 has to check every store we go to for LPS stuff. When she does find something that is rare, she starts hypervenilating because she's so excited! I bought her 3 of the $9.99 sets from the TRU B2G1 free sale a couple of weeks ago. I also picked up 3 of the huge houses. I easily found 2 moms who were interested in splitting the price 3 ways since one of them was free. We ended up paying $32 each including taxes. These will be Christmas gifts. She is 10 1/2 but still loves LPS stuff!!! Those are about the only toys she still play with.

Do all targets stock Monday night because if so I will be there next tuesday morning? I need all the newer ones the spider, snail, nemo fish, chincilla for my dd and 2 nieces and have had no luck. I wish stores would limit the number that people can buy so they can't buy them all and jack up the price.

This morning I got a Shipping Notice!!! This order was ONLY for the newest LPS. Nothing else.

This is what it said..

So, I went on the Hasbro website and logged in. It states my order has Partially Shipped. When I check to see what shipped it states all the LPS are on backorder. Nothing shipped.

I called Hasbro to see what is going on. Customer Service stated my order has partially shipped. They are unsure what is in the box because everything is still on backorder. I was put on hold and then told they have no idea what was shipped to me, but once my LPS figures are in stock they will ship my order.

I am anxious to see what arrives. It's probably a box or envelope with a catalog in it or something.

A friend randomly found the spider and snail at Wal-mart early in the week and gave them to my daughter today, for her birthday! Keep your eyes peeled! They're out there!

I went to my local Wal-mart and Target today hoping to find some and found the pony with the blue Tucan(?).... It was the only one. My best friends' kids don't have those, yet.

If I see any of the new ones, I will grab a few extras and post on the budget board that I found them. First one that PM's me, will get them. How about we all keep an eye out for one another, or trade b/n each other?

Well, if we are talking about trading, I have two seahorses, sitting here waiting for homes (I bought like 6 to trade with friends of ours, we always pick up for each other when find rare ones).
I need any of the new stuff, the ferret, if you have something email me and let me know.

I also have three of the target exclusive sets, the fairy puppy, and the other two new ones, all ready to be traded.

Call your Target and find out what night the Toys get restocked. I don't think the day is universal for all Target stores. Different departments get restocked on different days, too.

I work at Target and can say that all Targets are different. Ours gets stock every night!!! Of coarse I have a great advantage. ( I don't collect them my Sister (9) does), so I only buy one or 2). You can also ask them to check the back. but the come 6 diff. pets to a box. SO its not like we get a whole box of one kind.

If anyone wants anything specific I can keep an eye out.

This time it stated the Chinchilla has shipped. The rest are still on backorder.

I placed 3 orders over 3 days - 1st was 4 figure sets, Playground, and Biggest Littlest; 2nd was 3 MLPs, 3rd was 6 LPS sets.

I rec. an email yesterday that the 3rd order shipped in full. It didn't include any of the new sets.

Ok for you guys that have these already. DD wants a house? I have not been in the room when the comercial has been on so I am not sure. At target I saw a pet hospital. Is there another house? Or is this it? It looked really cute and I think it would be a toy she would really play with so I have no problem getting it but I want to get the "right" thing! Thanks!

They have the hospital and they have have the Big Littlest Pet Shop, it comes w/ two pets. It's very cute.

My dd (5) is so into these!! She plays with them everyday!
I got her the "Biggest Little pet shop" and the "whirl and twirl playground" and put them away for Christmas.. (Those are probably the "houses" that you asked about).

As for trading- i am SO up for that!!! I go to the stores regularly, currently .. i have the fairy princess Target dog -with the real hair- extra that i could trade.

I agree about the Ebay thing, it really annoys me, that adults scoop them up then resell them on ebay for 4x's the cost - while some poor kid can't get his hands on them for the holidays.. But, i guess that is just the "pursuit" of the american dream huh?!

Besides the ones jckdisneybound listed, there's also a Lovin' Pet Playhouse that's half the price of the Biggest Littlest.

If she saw it on a commericial though, it's probably the Biggest Littlest because that's the newest.

That is what happened to me. When I called to check on it they told me that it was partically shipped but everything but my 2 LPS monkeys were shipped but they had gotten slammed with the 25% off deal and hadnt updated their system yet. I got it Tues but it was missing one item( the playskool action stadium) I called them and the first person I talked to said it probably got shipped in 2 boxes and the second box was just running late. I called back today ( since the shipping list says it was shipped) and they told me they have to wait 10-12 days until after it was shipped before they will reship it for me and to call on the 19th. Well if it was shipped on the 5th like I was told 10-12 days would be the 15th.. So when I questioned it. they said 10 days from when i recieved the first item.....huh?! I am hoping it was just shipped late because I need it for a birthday next weekend...

DD11 loves LPS, DD6 just started enjoying them this summer. Her favorite was the white dog w/2 pink bows. Last wk she accidently lost the body in the toiletbowl (don't ask ). She was very upset, I told her I would replace it.
I have been to all our local Target, Walmart, and TRU, I can't find the thing anywhere, they did have it on the Hasbro web site but it was sold out.
Does anyone know where else I can find one? She now believes that Santa will bring it to her because that's all she wants for Christmas. I'm in big trouble.
Also does anyone have a code for Hasbro website? I would like to purchase a couple of other LPS for my DD11. I love the fact that at 11 she still loves to play w/toys.

Do you have a picture of the dog? my daughter has a ton of doubles.. and they are also selling them at the xmas shop ( the kits with 2-3 animals plus accesories for $6-. so if I see it, I can pick it up for you!

I ordered my LPS items from TRU when they had the buy 2 get 1 fiasco. I got all of them, but wouldn't you know, the magic motion dog doesn't work and it was my free item. I didn't bother returning it since according to their website they don't exchange it, they'll just refund so I guess I'll just try to exchange it the next time I'm at TRU.

I picked up the hospital at walmart a couple of days ago it had a bonus with it of 4 figurines and a magic motion kitty all for 21$ not bad!!!!
