I know Once Upon a Toy carries a large selection of LPS, but, are there any Disney exclusives? My dd LOVES these things and would glady save her money if she were buying something we can't get locally.

Nope, we were there last week and there were no Disney Littlest Pet Shops. My DD loves them too and saved her money all week to check there and see if they had Disney LPS. No such luck, everything was something you could buy at home so she used her money for a charm bracelet instead.

Do you think the lil pet shop would be a good toy for 5yr old boy?
Im asking you guys because you seem to already have some. Hes a gental boy and all those fighting toys are yukky! :)

My neighbor's 9 year old boy plays LPS all the time when he is at our house.

My 5 year old boy (who's ALL boy) loves them!
He's a rough and tumble kid too... but he'd prefer these or his rescue heros to any fighting toys!

thank you for your replies some times its hard to buy toys for your boys that are marketed for girls(even though you know they will love them!) Thanks again! :goodvibes

DS2 loves LPS. I only let him play with the animals (chockin hazard), not the accessories. He usually loves his trains, but will play with DD with LPS. I wish they weren't marketed for only girls as boys like them just as much.

My 7 yr. old son likes to play with his sister's LPS, but he would NEVER tell his friends! LOL! They are sweet. I wish Disny had exclusives, how disappointing!

My DS2 loves his sisters LPS, as well. DD5 only lets him play with the animals and not with the accessories. They play together with the LPS set for hours.
I agree that it is too bad they market them for girls. I would buy them for a boy who prefers this kind of toy. I think they are great. :thumbsup2
