Walmart has the set on clearance for $19.50 down from $39.98!!! Mine only had 2 on the shelves and I took home 1. They also had the Santa set but I didn't see the price. Hope this helps someone for next Christmas!

They had started to put some toys in clearance in the lawn/garden/Christmas section. Not a whole lot yet but some decent stuff. My Walmart is in Sturbridge, MA.

I got mine last year at target for $5.xx was so happy and gave it to DS this past Christmas and he loved it.
