Little ones magic hours?

I keep seeing refrences to this on several posts. Can someone give me some more information about it or where I can find information?

LITTLE ONES MAGIC HOUR

Beginning in August, guests staying at a WDW resort, Swan/Dolphin, Shades of Green, and the Hilton in the WDW Resort will be able to enjoy select attractions in Fantasyland one hour prior to the opening time for the Magic Kingdom.

Sundays: 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24

Wednesdays: 8/16, 8/23, 8/30, 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27

Fridays: 8/18, 8/25, 9/1, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29

It is not known if the Little Ones Magic Hour will be extended beyond August/September. A valid theme park ticket and Resort ID will be required.

Little Ones Magic Hours were awesome! Many characters were out and about in Fantasyland. Stitch was riding Dumbo, Peter Pan, Wendy & Hook were playing follow the leader. I loved going to Fantasyland early, the lines were really short and my daughter is so happy and ready to go in the morning...we had a great time.
