No microwave - it's the same as a any other standard value room. There is a food court available at AoA.

Never seen micro in any std room. I think foodcourts have them.

No micro waves in the standard room but they do have them in the food court.

Just be aware that the area of the food court they are in can get very congested during busy times. And the LM buildings are the farthest from the main buidling that houses the food court so you might have a 12-15 minute walk, food could get cold by then.
