Looks like there's not going to be a show this weekend. :sad1: I'm really bummed as we've been looking forward to this since the tix went on sale in May. The little ones are going to be disappointed. Keeping my fingers crossed that they'll get back to the negotiation table and get back to work by this weekend!
Here's the link to cancelled shows in NY:

Hope that was OK to post that link. :confused3
Just wanted to vent a little...

oh how disappointing :sad2: i hope they come to an agreement.

Jeesh, how do you tell the kids?

Any idea of if your going to get your money back?

Good question. My DD4 was really looking forward to it (she just loved Beauty and the Beast), but if there's no show, I'll have to redirect her attention to the Radio City Christmas show we're going to in a few weeks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll come to an agreement between now and sat.
From what I read on playbill.com, if you paid by credit card (I used my disney visa of course), they would automatically credit your account. I'd rather have tickets to the show though...

Ohhhh

The Radio City Christmas Show!

To heck with Little Mermaid!

Give me some Rockettes anytime!

I love those gals!:cool1:

This whole thing just plain stinks! Its completley unfair to the people that buy tickets months and months in advance. I understand the right for a union to strike, yadda yadda yadda but it was not so long ago that broadway was begging people to come and support them , then they do this to the very people that do. VERY mixed emotions about this strike.

I remember this too... I would be so sad if I had bought tickets and this was the time we were to go to see Little Mermaid and it was cancelled.. Hotel room, excited children, airfare, not for everyone but for those who are coming from afar.
