Little mermaid 3 release date?

Hi, my DD5 has just found out that there is a little mermaid 3 and seeing as she is an Ariel fanatic of course she wants it!
I have googled it and wiki stated that the release date was july 22, but I have looked around some sites and found nothing :

Does anyone know about the release date of this DVD or where I might buy it from?
