Lithia - Fishhawk Ranch

Hi. My DH and I are considering moving to Lithia and are wondering if anyone knows anything about the area. From what I can see online, it looks nice, but I'm curious to know if anyone who actually lives there has any info to share. Thanks!

I know someone who does. His house is beautiful! I've actually only been there once but I liked the area. It is a business associate of my DH. I suppose DH could ask him but I imagine they like it there since they've been there awhile and it isn't close to his work at all.

we were actually looking at homes in Fish Hawk Ranch..beautiful community with tons of activities for kids....the only down side and the reason we didn't buy was the commute into Tampa, if that's where you would be working..... long 2 lane road and very congested......if you don't have to work it's great......

MY DH works from home, so the commute wouldn't be an issue. We live on Long Island and I can't believe how much house you get for your money in Lithia compared to what you pay here. And the schools look good too. It almost seems too perfect, but so far, aside from the traffic issues, it still seems to look like a good place to live.
