Listing on reservations

I just got my ressies, and I don't see it listed anywhere that I am asking for (and paying for) the perferred location at ASMu. Should I call them back, or is it listed "in the system"?

Does your confimation have a nightly price that matched the preferred room rate? I would call just to double check.

I would call to confirm that you booked preferred bldg.
I recently booked two deluxe rooms at AKL and a few days later called to see about upgrading them to concierge... spoke w/ dh... called back and booked comfirming the price for two rooms... ressies. came and only one room was upgraded... I called back to have the error corrected and they told me that it would be 600. more for the second room! They said they couldn't verify one way or the other and the price charged was for one room only. So here I sit with one room concierge and one not... what a mess...

I'll call. A got the AAA rate and I'm not exactly sure how much the discount is per night. It is listed as 276.00 for four nights, tax included. That doesn't seem right to me. Four nights at rack rate is 348.00 without tax. So it would make sense if they decided not to charge me tax! LOL! But I can't see that happening.

daniluvsdisney - boy, I hope you can work your situation out. Maybe you should cancel the whole mess and start again. Do you have time to do that?

Just in case you haven't heard, the new discount codes are coming out Tuesday. They are the same rates as the Disney Visa rates. This might solve both of your problems.

Called them and yes indeedy, they had me down for a standard room! Had it put back over to perferred.

Any idea how much the new codes will be for a value? Can't be much lower than the AAA 20%, could it?
