List of spa services at Grand Californian?

Does anyone have this information? I would love to see a list of the services and prices at the new Mandara Spa at the Grand Californian. I have called them twice to have them fax the info to me but both times they say that they have had difficulty with their machine. Does anyone have this list that they could post here? Thanks... Marilyn
