List of direct resorts and pricing?

Forgive me if I am missing this somewhere, but is there a post or web site or resource that shows the current resorts Disney is selling direct currently, and what their respective per point prices are? I'm weighing my options between resale and direct, but would like to do a true cost comparison before I engage the Sales Reps. Thanks!

Are we sure that the rumored direct price increases actually happened? I don't think that I've seen anything confirmed, just a rumor from a broker, unless I missed something.

It happened just wasn't as much as rumored. You can go to the DVC online guide book and pull pricing directly from there.
