List of Dining Packages?

Does anyone have a list, or know of where to find a list, of all the dining packages? I'm interested in things like: lunch at Tony's can get you VIP viewing of the parade at MK (if I understand it correctly). What other packages are there like this? If there isn't a list, please post what you know of. Thanks.

At Animal Kingdom Tiffins and Tusker House have River of Light packages. Hollywood Studios has Fantasmic packages available at a few restaurants (Hollywood and Vine, MamaMelrose, and Brown Derby I think).

Go into MDE, pick dining, filter by dining experience, pick dining events, dessert events and/or dinner shows depending on what interests you.
