The resort CS places all serve breakfast.

Main St. Bakery i Magic Kingdom

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot and maybe Electic Umbrella

Backlot Express(?) at Hollywood Studios

Epcot might be your best choice if you want a real breakfast. Boardwalk barkery will offer hot breakfast sandwiches and pastries.
