List of Characters that DON'T sign?

I am working on my autograph book and was reading a bunch of post about this character not signing or that one. I did a search but couldn't find a list of which ones don't so I thought it would be a good idea to make a list if there isn't already one that I just couldn't find.

So far I have that Mike & Sully don't sign, but do they do a stamp or anything? So who else doesn't sign and who does stamps?

Also does Lotso (from ToyStory) do meet & greets anymore or should I just leave him out of the book?

Lightning McQueen, does he stamp or not do autographs period?

Mike and Sulley do not sign or stamp.
Goliath doesn't sign, but sometimes JOJo will sign for him.
Mr. Incredible stamps.
Beast doesn't sign.
Buzz stamps.

Lightning and Mater are hood ornaments (pun intended) they do not sign or stamp
But will gladly stop and stand by idly (another pun?) for photo ops
