Could you please list some of the appetizers you received while on the DDP. Pics would be great! :wave2:

Not all of the menus on Deb's site are up to date with the newest changes (there are sometimes 2 or 3 things listed on a menu that are not available now), but it is a great place to start. :thumbsup2

Hi--we were at DW last month and were on the DDP. Here is where we ate and the appetizers we had (sorry no pictures!)

Coral Reef: shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque, and fried calamari
Sci-Fi: onion rings, chili, and spinach/artichoke dip
Whispering Canyons: ordered the skillet, so the salad and cornbread were the appetizers
Boma: no appet. as it was buffet

I think that was it as the other meals were breakfast meals.

BTW, we liked all of the appet. but our faves were the chili and spinach dip!

I'm eating there next month - could you possibly describe/explain the cheese plate? Thanks in advance!

I actually just posted a review of our dinner at Artist Point: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=14307070#post14307070

Here's the part about the cheese plate:

Next was the cheese plate. This was not exceptional, and not as good as the one we had later at California Grill, but we certainly enjoyed it. It came with crispy bread pieces, but not enough (there never seem to be enough when it comes to cheese plates) and raisins and fig as accompaniments. We didn’t bother much with the accompaniments, as we weren’t that excited by them. We did ask the server what kinds of cheeses they were, but she just gave us their names, two of which we had never heard before. I know one was a cheddar—that one was very good and we had to do some rationing of it. Another GF though tasted “goaty,” so I had that one all to myself. I can’t seem to remember the third one. I do remember liking all of them. I think this was a good appetizer to choose.
