There have been so many buckets I doubt anyone has compiled a complete list.

The Disney Food Blog has featured some buckets, but I don't know how far back they've been keeping track. Also, they focus on the buckets available at Disneyland and Disney World and not ones that have been released in the Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai parks. There's a facebook group for Disney popcorn bucket collectors.

If you are hoping to buy older discontinued buckets you could try ebay.

For current buckets available at Disneyland there's a recent thread from a poster who was there just a couple weeks ago, but Halloweentime will start in DL next week so there will be new buckets:

I second the recommendation to check out the Facebook Disney Popcorn Bucket group; they have photos of lots of the buckets from all around the world.

I don't recall the years for all of the buckets I have, but these are the ones that I have and the year that I purchased it (when I could find it). Photos are below.

• Mickey Balloon Buckets (2015, 2018): There have been four colors released at DLR (purple, blue, red, and yellow). The purple, blue, and red ones came with two different fronts. All have had Mickey's face, but the first version had a banner with DLR's anniversary dates under Mickey's face.
• Elf Mickey: Two version; one with green jacket and black boots (2015) and one with red jacket and green boots (2014)
• Snowman Mickey (I'd guess 2011)
• Santa Mickey: Two version, one with strap (2013) and one without (2012)
• Hatbox Ghost Mickey: Two version, one glows in the dark (2014) and one with dark blue hat and vest (2013)
• Ghost Mickey (Maybe 2011 or 2012)
• Vampire Mickey: Two version; one with purple vest (2015) and one with maroon vest (2016)
• Toy Story Alien (2018): Two version: one was for AP holders at DLR and there was one released at HS (I think the straps are different and the back plate on the DLR one says AP).
• Zero: Two version, one with a white zero (2014) and one glows in the dark (2015).
• Oogie Boogie: Two versions; original with red base (2017), updated with colorful base (2018)
• Holiday Pluto (2017)
• Mine Train: Two version, one for DLR (2015) and one for MK
• R2-D2
• AT-AT (2017)
• Tie Fighter (2015)
• Cinderella Carriage
• Mickey Pumpkin (2017)
