List of activities at HHI/VB?

I know I had seen some scanned ones on here, but now I can't find them... does anyone have a list of the activities they offer at either of these resorts? (The weekly ones).

In case my question is confusing, I'm talking about the weekly schedule they pass out on arrival.. such as the turtle walks, etc.
