Within walking distance , the Kingfisher has an early dining special - $14.95. Within a short drive - Alexander's, Red Fish, Hilton Head Diner, The Old Oyster Factory, Crane's Tavern, The Old Bamboo, Mangiamo's and there are also a few others. Some of these are seasonal (Crane's, Old Oyster Factory) during the winter months. For most, the timeframe for dinner is until 5:45 or 6:00pm.

You can get a full listing at the front desk and also from several of the dining magazines available at locations near the resort. Some have full menu listings for most of the restaurants at HH.

I'm looking at the resturaunt guide from last month. In addition to those close by, we like Captain's Seafood, Salty Dog, and It's Greek to Me, which have early bird specials. Old Oyster Factory does also-although we've never been, it seems alot of people like it there.

many of those will honor discounts in addition to the EB specials. Alexanders and the OOF has I know but I think their official stance is not to. At the OOF we've gotten the free salad and 10% DVC off many times. Also, you don't necessarily have to be staying at the resort to get the discounts tied to DVC, or Marriott for that matter. You do have to pay attention to the times. Some go by seating time but others go by the time you order, they are usually reasonable but you should ask if there is a question.
