So I tend to go back and forth and all over the place with what I want for a wedding. From colors, to places, to size, to theme - I drive myself nuts. I'm not mentioning any names here, but someone was never on board with the idea of a Disney wedding. Most of the time I am ok with that and have even made sense of it (as you may have see in one of my previous posts) but these days I am so back on the "I want a Disney wedding" kick! Who knows what I'll end up doing...
Lisella -- I LOVE your idea for invitations and the cake. They are exactly what I originally pullled out of a bridal magazine as my inspiration. Then I decided I want pink and cream and the Lenox castle that we bought, so I had to sadly look for other ideas. That color combination is gorgeous, though, and I can't wait to hear what you decide!

So here I am still back on the Disney wedding track. At this point, I am truly considering doing a Swan & Dolphin ceremony. Just trying to work the magic to see if we can make it happen. And I am kind of excited looking at my ticker...my date seemed so far away for so long. It is still out there but suddenly it's just over a year and a half away (of course if we do Disney the date may change by a day here or there) and this seems much more reachable...especially where we can't make up our mind or agree on what we want to do
It's been a while since I've stopped by. I've been so busy - and not with the wedding. My son joined the Army and left for bootcamp and its been a tough adjustment. I am so proud of him, but so nervous and miss him so much. Let's see, what else - had my dance recital the other day so I should start have a little more time to focus on the planning. That was my plan afterall...
I am still torn at what I really want to do. I love the idea of a small Disney wedding - even eloping or doing something small and private in the area and then having some pictures taken around the property and a desert party. But then I flip back to a simple but nice event at home (with lots of Disney touches of course) and a fabulous Disneymoon.
I do have a latest color scheme - black & white with touches of ballet pink... I'm sure I will change my mind about a thousand more times before this wedding ever happens LOL
Just wanted to say hello. Hope to have some more time to be stopping by again. And hope all is well with the Disbrides & friends . See you real soon...
I love your colors and your design inspiration! What if you did an escape wedding, adhering strictly to the minimum expenditure, and then had a big party back home? Lots of brides on here do something similar to spread out the magic (and in my case, to get more gifts). Good luck with whatever you decide!
