L & D: Salad & (2) pieces of gingerbread
S: Pretzels
I had 48 oz. of water today. I didn't have breakfast today. I know I need to have breakfast everyday. It is the most important meal of the day. It jump-starts your metabolism. My DH & I were out running errands & shopping. It was so late when we decided to stop for lunch, we made it our lunch & dinner. I was a little hungry later on so I had the pretzels as a snack.
