Whoo hoo~ 100th post on this thread!
Let's see- today I did a shorter run, and worked on a little more speed vs distance. My legs were a little tight from running yesterday, but otherwise ok. I ended up going 1.8 miles in 20:28, for a 11:22 pace. Not too bad, but I really want my next race to be faster- I am doing a 2 miler on May 4, and I was hoping to get under 22 flat, but it isn't looking too good at this point. We will wait and see I suppose.

Keep up the good work!
So, I took off work today to take care of both of them. Dh has been mostly sleeping since Sunday, and I have been doing everything at the house, taking care of ds, and still trying to work 2 jobs and get my running in.....I am completely exhausted. The worst part now is that they are both on antibiotics, so about the time they both start feeling better, that is the time I will get sick!
Any helpings of pixie dust to keep me healthy are very appreciated.
. The fresh air is good for sinus infections, right???
Lisa,
I hope everyone is feeling much better soon.
