Liquor Limit and Wine Package

Maybe a silly question, but if you buy the 7 night wine package and (God forbid!) you don't finish all your wine , does it count against your customs limitation when you get back from the cruise?!!!

I would think that anything that you buy on board the ship is dutiable if you bring it into the country. The ship is of Bahamian registry, so anything you purchase aboard would be considered as having been purchased in the Bahamas. So in this case, your first liter would be exempt, the rest would be subject to duty, even if the total is below your allowance.
