Lion King party ideas???

With Lion King 3-D coming to theaters, my DS wants a Lion King birthday party. I was able to buy him some mylar balloons and some Burger King toys to put on the cake but that is it!! Lion King party supplies just aren't around anymore so I am reaching out to all my DIS family to help me so his 4th birthday can be a success. I am looking for any ideas. I try to stay away from goodie bags instead, I make cakes on the side so, I decorate sugar cookies to go along with the theme and wrap them up creatively then arrange them in some sort of basket for the center piece. I was thinking of doing paw prints for the cookies.
However, I do like the candy bar wrapper idea and think it would go good as maybe place settings or something. Also I am looking for a t-shirt design for the birthday boy, Connor, and I am in need of an invite! If there is anyone who has some designs and can help please let me know!!

He loves Mufasa is there anyway to get a big pic of just his face and mane?
Also, do you do candybar wrappers by chance? If not is there someone on DIS boards that still does?

I have had invitations done by DISigners that are awesome so..... I am gonna ask for more. Of course!!
I am having his party at a place called Jump City, they house about 5 different inflated jumpers. I would like the invite for a postcard to read:
(FRONT) Some cute easy to read Disney font, and Connor and 4 to stand out a little bit.
The King of the jungle is Simba they say?
