Lion King on Broadway

DH & I went to see Lion King on Broadway last night, and all I can say is WOW, it was wonderful!! The costumes, the music, the actors, everything was wonderful. The way the animals come to life, the whole story in itself was just amazing!!

DH got me the tickets for Christmas and it was a wonderful prelude to our upcoming WDW trip. All I can say is if anyone ever has the chance to see the show, whether in NY or when it travels, you should go see it!

I agree with that. I saw it in Londons west end and it was amazing. We had seats on the front row of the balcony and these seats had a private bar for interval drinks. However we were given the wrong directions to it so a theatre worker took us backstage through the costume and wig area to get to our bar. I got to see the costumes close up and they were amazing. I was walking really slowly so I could see everything!!

My mom took us; my sister, niece 4, nephew 6,my son 12, and I; to see it last month.

I can't believe how amazing it was. As we were walking out my son wanted to know if we could see it again.

I'm going to see if I can get tickets for his birthday in October.

We saw it last July (for our anniversary), and had some pixie dust sprinkled on us........

We were even able to go backstage and stand ON the stage!!!

I'll never forget it!!
