A special offer- priority seating for Disney Visa card members- came in the mail for me about 3 weeks ago. Some prices are misprinted in the ad they mailed out.
When I called in for the tickets I wanted to purchase front balcony tickets for the advertised price of $41.50 each. Ticketmaster rep said- "I don't know anything about that offer, my list price for those seats is $66.00, you can just purchase the tickets now at our list price so you get the best seats available and then we will check it out and find that it is a real offer we will refund the difference." I faxed them the offer and now they are saying it wasn't a real offer, it was a misprint.
I really feel that they should honor the price they sent me but they say they can't.
The cost for 8 tickets per their ad should be $332
They have charged me $528
(this is all before fees...)
I hate having to go back to the people I bought the tickets for and saying, "You owe me more money- OR- it is the same price but your seats are much worse than I originally told you."
Anyone else have this problem? What would you do?
