There's a thread on the Restaurant Board with links to the new brochures. Looks like the "rumors" were true. The only info still missing is the official pricing.

I just looked at the first one, the basic plan and I noticed it said that a gratuity may also be added automatically for ordered items that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan.

That could be interesting.

ETA:
Looking at the deluxe one, it shows the grand gathering options. Looks like the Wishes cruise thing with Peter Pan will be no longer, it isn't listed with the other 3.

Oops nevermind, its listed in the Premium Plan.
