Linking Tickets and FP+

We will be staying at POFQ from March 4-8th and have all of our FP+ attractions booked. My sister and her husband are travelling as well, but will be staying off property (we will all be staying together from March 8-15 at Bonnet Creek, but we opted to do the first few days on property because we have a 4 and 7 year old). Anyway, if they purchase their tickets through Disney, can I link their tickets to mine on MDE and copy our FP+ attractions to their tickets? I'm pretty sure not, but thought it was worth asking just to make sure.

Possibly can be done at the park on the day that you are all at that park.
