Linking special event tickets to magic bands

We bought our MNSSHP tickets through Shades of Green and they said that they would have them ready to hand us when we check in on Friday. We are going to the party on Sunday? So should I ask them if we can get the numbers off the tickets to link them so we can make fast passes for that Sunday 30 days out rather than 2 days ahead??

There will be no FP+ reservations made for after 7PM when the party begins.

back to my ADRs to take advantage of the 3 FPs btwn 4 and 7....gotta move dinner now... This is great news though!

since they give you an hour to go to your FP---I'm wondering if you have a party ticket- could you book an FP at 3:30....so it ends at 4:30- giving you more time to get in the other 2 FPs....hmmmm.....anyone try booking an FP before 4pm without any other ticket linked?

So this confuses me
so what do we do if the MNSSHP tix do get automatically added? Still use those to go in the gate or use the MB? I would think the actual Hard ticket and hope that activates the(possible) FP's linked to it?

I ordered my tickets for Harambe Nights online and they are linked in to MDE. I did nothing to do it and it can't be undone. It was automatic and noting can stop it. To avoid any mix up when I enter for the party I intend to bring my plastic party tickets to enter that night.

Having the party ticket in MDE is needed to book FP only if you do not have park tickets or enough park tickets. Of course, if the party tickets are the only tickets you have linked it won't matter if they are linked in MDE since you'd be using them and only them to enter the park.

1- If you want to use the MagicBand to enter the park, go to Guest Relations JUST before entering MK for the party and have the Party Tickets moved to the highest priority.
Then, when you use your MagicBand to enter the park after 4PM, the Party ticket will be the one used.

2- If you USE the actual Hard Ticket to enter the park, then you don't need to worry about the MagicBand at the gate.
Just use the MagicBand to access any FP+ that you reserved (and/or make FP+ on-the-spot at the MK FP+ kiosks.)

Our plan (as of now) is to enter MK earlier that day using MB, and just stay, and at 4 show our hard tix to obtain our wristbands. So do we ask the CM doing the wristbands to prioritize the hard ticket or can that be done only at GR? what if we still have unused FP times on the MB?(in case we didn't get early enough times to end before 4) will whichever ticket we choose to prioritize cancel out any FP+ on the other? Obviously the strategy would be to book 3 for early in the day on the MB, and then 3 on the MNSSHP from 4-7 . Hopping to another park in the middle would maximize rides even more if we could book FP+ to wrap up by 2 or so...sleep is for the weak, lol.

Anyone book with just a party ticket yet??? 4pm or 7pm for FP?!

This changes my plans a LOT! I'm so excited!

the first party is 9/1...so more than 60 days out (if on-site guest) guess we won't know until someone posts that they were able to book between 4-7 using their hard ticket. Since we will be in the park already on a normal ticket using our MB, it's prob moot for us...double dipping would be nice but not sure it will work out
