Linking reservations - U.S. and U.k.

So my parents are joining us for there first ever Disney trip.
I called Disney resorts today and they couldn't find my Dads UK reservation - I have his confirmation email. His booking code is only 6 numbers.
Should I keep trying? The next call agent may know what they are looking for?
Call POFQ directly?
Wait til I check in at 8am and tell them what I need and that I'm more than happy to wait for the rooms to be atleast next to each other.
Any other numbers/emails I can contact?

You cannot call the resort directly; only a call center.

You can confirm his reservation by calling CRO. Request adjoining rooms and make that your only request.

Tell the CM when you check in you do not mind waiting for rooms that are adjoining.
