Linking "Older Tickets" to MDE Account.

My friend is joining me in October and I have added her to my account. But...her tickets are old. They were "paper" and last year they were converted to "plastic". I have the numbers, but when I tried to link them on-line I was told to call a 407 number.

Do you think MS help and link them? Or do you think she will have to have them "linked to her band" when she arrives at the resort?

I'm also thinking that if that is the case, she may not be able to get the FP's that I'm going to select next week on-line for myself.

We had paper tickets that they had to re-issue in order to link them. Our tickets were within the old ticket timeframe that was supposed to be linkable.

Don't call DVC MS, call the ticket line and see if they will help her reissue them. They'll make you jump through the hoops by first working with IT though I bet. Good luck!

Called the 407 number and was helped by a lovely CM. All the linking has been done but.....the information that now shows for my friend as far as days left does NOT match what she actually has! The MDE account shows her with 2 - 6 Day Park Hopper Plus cards (12 days total) when in fact she only has 4 days! I told her not to get her hopes up that if she knows she has 4 days then that's what she has and to bring those cards with her. We'll verify at check in. But she's 100% sure she has 4 not 12 days left. At least she's linked!!

I believe that MDE only shows what the original ticket was, and not how many days are left. It should only allow you to book fast pass + for the number of days left on the tickets though

The MDE website will show remaining theme parks days, but that number may not be accurate. The remaining park days displayed for one of my friends ticket is correct, but doesn't show the 10 remaining WPF&O entries.

I tend to think that also. I have another few days before I can start making my FP+ and I'm pretty sure 4 days will be it for her.

See my friends is showing a 6 Day Park Hopper Plus with 6 Days available. At least your friends ticket shows some days used.
