linking my disney experience with friends

Hi Guys, a Month before we go, I have set up the my disney experience app my end with my family on it, we are going with another family, do I link in just the main family member on their side (which I have done) or do I need to link everyone on her side for us to be able to start booking fast passes all together ? also we are going to buy a memory maker and want us all able to link in, thanks in advance for your help

You can link just the main family member if you like. As long as they are linked with all the others and the settings are to allow all to plan and share, it should work fine.
