Linking minors in MDE

So, this is the first time we have traveled to Disney with another familiy, and I am trying to manage FP+ and make hotel reservations for a group of 7. The other group of three is 1 adult and two minors. I have invited the adult to my friends/family on MDE, she accepted and her information shows up just fine. I'm trying to add her two minors that she manages to my friends and family list. I click on "add family and friends", and I see a list of profiles managed by the adult I have successfully added, but when I try to add them, I get the "FUMBLE" notification. I also get that notification when I try to add a non-minor she manages.

Am I doing something wrong? Is the IT down? Can I even link minors managed by someone else? Thanks!

Do you have a tablet or smartphone with the MDE app loaded? The app is less buggy when it comes to connecting to profiles that are managed by someone else.
