Linking Magic Bands Help!

My friend and I are coming in November and staying at the Dolphin (so no new magic bands). But, we each have a Magic Band from a prior trip and we'd like to use them. The reservations are all made on my MDE account (room and tickets), so my Magic Band is already connected because it is still listed as active. My friend has her own account from her prior trip where her Magic Band is from. To get her Magic Band linked to our upcoming reservation, is all I need to do is invite her to connect through the MDE site? Will that mess anything up? Or should I contact Disney IT to talk it through? Thank you!

Invite her to be in your friends and family and if you plan on booking FPs or sharing photopass make sure to share plans and photos.

When my DH linked to my MDE it did mess things up. Some glitch in the system but IT was able to fix it and link him and move over all existing FP's. So I'd for sure do it before your FP window opens.
