Linking magic band

Hopefully I can explain clearly, it’s my first time using MB’s. DH & I have separate DME accounts( not sure if everyone does but we do). We’ve been sent 4 magic bands that I personalized color & our names, 2 different resorts this trip.

Under my magic band list only 3 show up as active & the other band shows up on Dh’s account as active... I shared all his info with mine. How do I get them all moved over to the same page under my page? I tried linking but it says it’s already linked to another account.
I’m so confused

Since you both have separate MDX accounts, you will only see your MagicBands (and those for profiles YOU manage). That's just the way it is.

Yes many people have separate accounts.
I have my own and my sister has her own and my friend has her own.
My parents share one but that's because my dad doesn't go on the internet.
As long as they are all active that's what matters. There's no reason for you to see them all on yours.
Just let it ride.

It sounds like your husband may have two MDE 'personnas'. One is the one he manages and has one magic band attached, and the second is the one you manage and has one magic band attached. You should really just be friends with him, not managing him, so that's the hiccup. I think a call to Disney IT can confirm all this and straighten it out. Of course, it certainly could be some other weird glitch. It certainly sounds odd.
