I have an upcoming exchange in an OKW 1BR, and booked an additional two days after it in the same resort/unit size on a passholder discount. The exchange is in General Resort, not Hospitality House, and I believe all cash reservations are the former as well. What's the easiest way to try to link these together so I minimize my chances of having to move rooms? Is Member Services the right place to call, or do I need to call CRO?

They can't be linked. The best you can do is call both MS & CRO and have each of them note the other reservation. You will have to check out and then in on change day.

Thanks. I don't mind checking out/in (especially since it's all electronic now) but I'd prefer not to move if possible.

When you first arrive at the resort, stop at the front desk to make sure they have you booked into the same room.

Have the reservation info and number noted on both reservations asking to stay in the same room. Repeat the request at checkin. You'll likely have to check in again so that's the last and most important time to remind them you want to stay in the villa. You should get a full cleaning on the "change" day. Enjoy
