linking good neighbor hotel reservation

hi everybody
did a search but couldn't find an answer
how do i link a good neighbor hotel reservation? we booked hilton bonnet creek on their website. do i use the reservation number they gave me or get another number somehow? never done this before as we usually stay on property. Thanks.

If you book directly through the hotel you can use the reservation number they give you. Just keep trying it. I know for Swan and Dolphin it can take 24-72 hours for it to work.

My Hilton Bonnet Creek took right at 24 hours, Shades of Green took 3 days. I booked both direct and used the confirmation number they provided.

yes i got it to work. got park reservations on the 11th. no place to eat table service but we'll be at Disney for hubby's birthday. can't wait since we missed our anniversary.
