Linking friend's ticket to my account

Apologies if this is a repeat question, but I am seeing conflicting information in different places. l am visiting Disneyland in August with a friend and we each have our own Disney accounts. If she links her ticket in her account and I link mine to my account, will we be able to make Genie+ / LL / park reservations jointly? In some places online I am seeing you can link tickets to more than one account, but so much has changed since I last visited that I want to be sure.
(These are 5-day e-tickets and we have the barcode ID numbers.)

Yes, you can link both tickets to both accounts then you will be able to make G+/LL reservations as a group in either account.
